Summer Galceran is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with over 25 years of expertise spanning healthcare, non-profit, higher education, advertising, automotive, consumer goods, and telecommunications. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director at InnovAge PACE, she excels in crafting and implementing B2B and B2C sales strategies, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and driving lead generation to exceed gross enrollment goals.

 

Her leadership roles include Director of Marketing and Community Engagement at Rocky Mountain PACE, where she managed marketing, communications, and outreach/enrollment efforts. She also spent 14 years in market research leading cross functional teams focused on automotive customer satisfaction.  Throughout her career, Summer has consistently delivered outstanding results, including significant program growth, record-setting sales achievements, and enhanced operational efficiencies.

In addition to her professional success, Summer is deeply involved in community service, contributing her expertise to numerous boards and committees, including the National PACE Association and now the Pikes Peak Elder Justice Center. She holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from California State University, Long Beach.
