MISSION

The Pikes Peak Elder Justice Center will support and enhance the safety, stability and security of older adults.

VISION

We envision a world where older adults are recognized, respected and supported; where compassionate care and community advocacy allow them to live free from abuse, neglect and exploitation.

FIDUCIARY EDUCATION

The term fiduciary covers a wide range of roles: powers of attorney, medical proxies, guardians, or conservators.

FORENSIC TEAM

The Forensic Center reflects a “one-stop-shop” where any agency working through an elder abuse situation and/or needing the assistance of other agencies with expertise.

ELDER SHELTER

Elder Shelter is a coordinated effort to place adults who are 60 and over, or have a disability, in safe shelter while they are recovering from abuse or neglect.

Behavioral health focuses on the interplay between thoughts, emotions, actions, and physical health. We collaborate with a wide range of agencies in the community to assist in coordination of care and continuity of services.
